As there is no Refund Policy, You can check the product carefully before purchasing. But you can Return & exchange from stock products after purchasing.
Eligibility
- Exchange must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
- Applicable only for orders within Bangladesh.
- Customised orders are not eligible for returns or exchange.
How to Request a Return or Exchange

- You need to arrange delivery at our office/ warehouse.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange or refund as per your preference.
Important Notes
- Items must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and tags intact.
- Returns requested after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.
- Standard timeline for exchange or refund is 7-10 working days.
